Repeat this exercise every day for 11 days. Then take a break for 11 days before you choose another affirmation or statement to work with. I recommend that you work through all the affirmations. Do not expect a great result and don't strive to achieve a certain result. You will know when you have got in touch with the higher or spiritual part of your self, by recognizing that you are writing something that you didn't get time to think over consciously.
