Being Alive At Any Age![]() Navigation: Main page » Self-Improvement.com: Positive Attitude How A Fool Discovery Cured My Bad Breath. Author: Terry Weber Article source: http://www.crafty-ones.com/. Used with author's permission. Being alive at any age has a lot to do with your attitude. What I'm talking about is
an attitude toward life and the people around you that is caring. Let me give you an
example of what I mean Back in the days when the knights of old were spurring their horses toward
unknown horizons, they had an attitude, that is, a sincere desire to be honest,
courteous and generous with farmers as well as kings as they roamed the
countryside in search of adventure. In short, their attitude became recognized as
what we now call: chivalrous. You and I can consciously decide what kind of an attitude we'll have during our very
busy, modern twenty-first century days. Should we decide to be chilvalrous, then, as
we travel through each daily adventure where we socialize, meet and communicate
with family, friends and the people at work our chivalrous, caring attitude will be
noticed. The people around us will recognize that we are: unique, different and in
many ways very much alive. Fact is, aliveness has everything to do with the way you both see yourself and the
way others see you. We need to show an interest in what's going on around us. We
do this by paying close attention to the words and feelings of others as we really
listen to what they tell us. In this way, we will become very much aware of being
caught up and carried along as active participants in a life worth living. As creative humans our natural adventure seeking, questioning attitude and deep
interest in life around us can give us many benefits. The greatest of which is our
happiness and great joy in being alive at any age. Terry Weber 11/15/05 Terry Weber is a retired advertising/direct mail sales letter copywriter and inventor of several useful items.
